91. In section 28D (determination of applications)(1)
(a)in subsections (1)(b) and (3), as it has effect both with and without the amendments made by section 5(3)(a) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000, for “an appeal tribunal” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”.
Section 28D was inserted by section 4 of the Child Support Act 1995 (c.34). Subsections (1)(b) and (3) were amended by paragraph 36 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Act 1998 (c.14).
