SECTION 1 U.K. Powers of entry

[F4 9B.   For the purposes of this section of this Schedule “the appropriate authority” means— U.K.

(a) in Great Britain—

(i) in relation to a relevant nuclear site, the Office for Nuclear Regulation;

(ii) otherwise, the Health and Safety Executive;

(b) in Northern Ireland, the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland.]
