Revocation of spent transitional adaptations

6.—(1) The following provisions (which make transitional adaptations that are no longer needed as a result of this Order) are revoked—

(a)Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2006(1);

(b)Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2, Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007(2);

(c)Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3, Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007(3);

(d)Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007(4);

(e)paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 6, Saving and Commencement Nos. 3 and 5 (Amendment)) Order 2008(5);

(f)articles 3 to 5 of the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 7, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2008(6).

(2) The revocations have effect subject to any relevant transitional provision or saving in Schedule 2 to this Order.
