2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the following are revoked—
(a)the Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 1999(1), and
(b)paragraph 19 of the Schedule to the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Consequential and Supplementary Amendments to Secondary Legislation) Order 2006(2).
(2) In relation to an appeal under section 85 of the 1996 Act against a decision made in accordance with the Police (Efficiency) Regulations 1999(3) or the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2004(4), nothing in these Rules shall have effect and the provisions mentioned in paragraph (1) shall continue to have effect.
