Citation, commencement and extent U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Controlled Drugs (Drug Precursors) (Intra-Community Trade) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 7^th March 2008.

(2) The Regulations shall extend to the United Kingdom.
