2. In these Regulations:
“the Community Regulation” means Regulation (EC) No. 273/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 11th February 2004(1); and
“the 1990 Act” means the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990(2).
“scheduled substance” and “operator” have the same meaning as in the Community Regulation.
