The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) and (3) of the Civil Contingencies Act 20041.
A draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 17(2) of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
