The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 173 of the Education and Skills Act 20081.
In accordance with section 173(6) of that Act he has consulted the Scottish and Welsh Ministers on the proposal to commence sections 87 to 91.
