These Regulations may be cited as the Leeds City College (Government) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 1st January 2009.

The Instrument of Government and Articles of Government of the further education corporation established under the name of “the Leeds City College”2 is to be as set out in Schedules 1 and 2 to these Regulations respectively.
