20.—(1) A [F1non-Part 21] aircraft must not land or take off in the United Kingdom unless it carries every noise certificate which it is required to carry under the law of the country in which it is registered.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), a [F1non-Part 21] aircraft registered in the United Kingdom must, when in flight, carry every noise certificate which is required by this Order to be in force in respect of that aircraft.
(3) If a flight by a [F1non-Part 21] aircraft registered in the United Kingdom is intended to begin and end at the same aerodrome in the United Kingdom, the certificate which is required by this Order to be in force in respect of that aircraft may be kept at that aerodrome instead of being carried in the aircraft.
