Appointed days
2. 11th December 2008 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—
(a)section 29 so far as relating to paragraph 10 (post-commencement up-rating of incapacity benefit and severe disablement allowance) of Schedule 4 (transition relating to Part 1); and
(b)paragraph 10 of Schedule 4.
