The Secretary of State for Transport deems it necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in the vicinity of certain nuclear installations and, in exercise of the powers conferred under article 96 of the Air Navigation Order 2005(1), makes the following Regulations:

S.I. 2005/1970 to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
