Amendments relating to the standard rate of interest2

This regulation applies to the following provisions—
a
paragraph 13 (the standard rate) of Schedule 6 to the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations;
b
paragraph 12 (the standard rate)11 of Schedule 3 to the Income Support Regulations;
c
paragraph 11 (the standard rate)12 of Schedule 2 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations;
d
paragraph 9 (the standard rate)13 of Schedule 2 to the State Pension Credit Regulations.

In each of the provisions to which this regulation applies—
a
