Amendments relating to the standard rate of interest

2.—(1) This regulation applies to the following provisions—

(a)paragraph 13 (the standard rate) of Schedule 6 to the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations;

(b)paragraph 12 (the standard rate)(1) of Schedule 3 to the Income Support Regulations;

(c)paragraph 11 (the standard rate)(2) of Schedule 2 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations;

(d)paragraph 9 (the standard rate)(3) of Schedule 2 to the State Pension Credit Regulations.

(2) In each of the provisions to which this regulation applies—

(a)for sub-paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2) The standard rate is to be 6.08%.”;

(b)omit sub-paragraph (3).
