The Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 143(1) and (2) and 146(6) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2(2)(ga) and (h) of Schedule 9 to, the Local Government Finance Act 19881 and sections 113(1) and 116(1) of, and paragraphs 1, 2(4)(e) and 4(4) and (5) of Schedule 2 and paragraph 6(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to, the Local Government Finance Act 19922, makes the following Regulations:
