1.  These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Dairy Produce Quotas (Amendment) Regulations 2008; and

(b) come into force on 1st April 2008.

Amendment of the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 2005 U.K.

2.  The Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 2005(1) are amended in accordance with the Schedule.

3.  In regulation 2 of the Dairy Produce Quotas (Amendment) Regulations 2007(2), omit paragraph (2).
