This Order permits the Registrar General for England and Wales to supply information contained in any register of deaths held by the Registrar General to a person or body specified or of a description specified in the Schedule to this Order for use in the prevention, detection, investigation or prosecution of offences.

This Order revokes S.I. 2007/3460, which was defective.
