Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 113(1)(d), 181(1) and 182(2) and (3) of the Pension Schemes Act 19931 and sections 50(8)(c) and (9)(c), 124(1) and 174(2) and (3) of the Pensions Act 19952.
In accordance with section 185(1) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 and section 120(1) of the Pensions Act 1995 the Secretary of State has consulted with such persons as he considers appropriate.
