1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 1st February 2008.
(2) In this Order —
“the Act” means the National Health Service Act 2006; and
“the Trust” means the Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust(1).
