The Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) (Amendment) Regulations 2008

Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 117(1) and (3), 315(2) and 318(1) of the Pensions Act 20041.
In accordance with section 117(4) of that Act, he has consulted the Board of the Pension Protection Fund2.
In accordance with section 317(1) of that Act, he has consulted such persons as he considers appropriate.
A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 316(2)(a) of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
