In Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986131 (administration)—
a
in paragraphs 49(3)(b) and 73(2)(c) for “section 425 of the Companies Act (compromise with creditors or members)” substitute “Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (arrangements and reconstructions)”;
b
in paragraph 74(6)(b) for “section 425 of the Companies Act (compromise with creditors and members)” substitute “Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (arrangements and reconstructions)”.
