157. In section 82 of the Companies Act 1989(1) (request for assistance by overseas regulatory authority), in subsection (2)(a)(i), after “the Companies Act 1985” insert “or the Companies Act 2006”.
Section 82(2)(a) was substituted by S.I. 2001/3649, article 76 and amended by S.I. 2005/1433, Schedule 3.
