In section 87 of the Companies Act 1989 (exceptions from restrictions on disclosure), in the table in subsection (4), for the entries for “a body designated by order under section 46 of this Act”166 and “a recognised supervisory or qualifying body within the meaning of Part II of this Act” substitute—
A body designated by order under section 1252 of the Companies Act 2006.
Functions under Part 42 of the Companies Act 2006.
A recognised supervisory or qualifying body within the meaning of Part 42 of the Companies Act 2006.
Functions as such a body.
