220.  In regulation 2(3) of the Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations 2001 (interpretation)—

(a) for “the 1985 Act” substitute “ the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006) ”;

(b) for “that Act” substitute “ those Acts ”.
