220. In regulation 2(3) of the Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations 2001 (interpretation)—
(a)for “the 1985 Act” substitute “the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006)”;
(b)for “that Act” substitute “those Acts”.
