26.  In section 160(1) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 M1 (general interpretation), in the definition of “qualified auditor”, for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) a person who is eligible for appointment as a statutory auditor under Part 42 of the Companies Act 2006;”.
