In section 11(1) of the Land Tenure Reform (Scotland) Act 1974 (right to redeem heritable security after 20 years where security subjects used as private dwelling-house), for “section 89 of the Companies Act 1948 (perpetual debentures, etc)” substitute “section 739 of the Companies Act 2006 (perpetual debentures)”.
