Article 12 of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries (Northern Ireland) Order 1979102 (accounts and reports of principal companies) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)—
a
in sub-paragraph (a), for “Article 246 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “section 423 of the Companies Act 2006”;
b
in sub-paragraph (b), for “Article 249 of that Order” substitute “section 437 of that Act”.
