The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(1) of the Family Law Reform Act 1969(1), and now vested in him(2):

1969 c.46; section 22 was amended by the Family Law Reform Act 1987 (c.42), Schedule 2, paragraph 23 and by the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (c.19), section 82.
