2.—(1) Paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (penalties for failure to supply information to or notify billing authority) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraphs (1) and (2), for “£50” substitute “£70”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (3), for “£200” substitute “£280”.
