5.  Section 10(2) of the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1953 M1 (admission in evidence of affidavit taken under section 10) shall continue to apply in relation to an affidavit or declaration taken in pursuance of the power conferred by section 10(1) of that Act, notwithstanding its repeal by AFA 2006.
