50. In paragraph 16(3) of Schedule 1 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 M1 (forfeiture of terrorist cash), the reference to a service compensation order under AFA 2006 includes—
(a)a compensation order under paragraph 11 of Schedule 5A to AA 1955 or AFA 1955 or of Schedule 4A to NDA 1957; and
(b)an award of stoppages under any of those Acts.
