Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 88K(4) and 138(7) of the School Standards and Framework Act 19981. In accordance with paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20072 the Secretary of State has consulted the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.
