Amendment of article 4614
In article 46 (accounts of the Council)—
a
for paragraph (3) substitute the following paragraph—
3
The Council shall ensure that the persons it appoints are eligible for appointment as statutory auditors under Part 42 of the Companies Act 200646 (statutory auditors).
b
in paragraph (4)(b), for “the Privy Council and to the Comptroller and Auditor General” substitute “the Privy Council, the Comptroller and Auditor General and the Auditor General for Scotland”; and
c
in paragraph (7), after “House of Parliament” insert “and the Scottish Parliament”.
