Amendment of article 66

24.  In article 66 (rules), in paragraph (3)—

(a) for “Part 6 of this Order” substitute “article 59”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (c), omit “unless the rules relate exclusively to proceedings with regard to pharmacy technicians,”.
