Amendment of the Health Professions Council (Registration Appeals) Rules 2003

10.  In rule 9 of the Health Professions Council (Registration Appeals) Rules 2003(1) (consideration by Appeal Panel), in paragraph (3), for sub-paragraph (b) substitute the following sub-paragraph—

“(b) a lay member; and”.
