The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 111, 113, 132 and 135 of, paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to, and paragraph 2(6) of Schedule 7 to, the Criminal Justice Act 2003 , and sections 142(2), 144(4), 145, 147(4) and 151 of the Armed Forces Act 2006 makes the following Rules:
