Where the Standards Board has given a direction under section 57D(1) of the Act, it may revoke that direction if, on reviewing the relevant circumstances, it is satisfied that those circumstances no longer apply.

In this regulation “relevant circumstances” means such circumstances, as prescribed by regulation 3(2), as the Standards Board considered gave reason for the exercise of the power to give the direction in question.
