Any reference to the Lands Tribunal in a local or private Act is to be read as a reference to the Upper Tribunal.

Any reference to the Lands Tribunal in an order made under section 1 or 3 of the Transport and Works Act 19925 is to be read as a reference to the Upper Tribunal.

In paragraphs (1) and (2), a reference to the Lands Tribunal does not include a reference to the Lands Tribunal for Scotland or the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland.
