165.  In paragraph 22(4) of Part 4 of Schedule 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1) (control of off-street parking)—

(a) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”; and

(b) for “sections 2 and” substitute “section”.
