177. In section 20C(1) and (2)(c) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985(1) (limitation of service charges: costs of proceedings) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”.

1985 c.70. Section 20C was inserted by section 41 of and paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (c.31), and was substituted by section 83(4) of the Housing Act 1996 (c.52).
