211.  In section 282 (procedure for assessing compensation)—

(a) in subsections (1) and (2) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”; and

(b) in subsection (2)—

(i) for “sections 2 and” substitute “section”; and

(ii) for “section 4 of that Act” substitute “section 4”.
