264. In paragraph 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998(1) (acquisition of land), in the provisions substituted for sections 7 and 8 of the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965, in section 8(1)(a) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”.
