269. In section 175 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002(1) (appeals)—
(a)in subsections (1), (2)(b), (4), (5) and (6) for “Lands Tribunal” in each place substitute “Upper Tribunal”; and
(b)omit subsections (3) and (10).
