289. In paragraph 11 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008(1) (acquisition of land), in the provisions substituted for section 8 of the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965, in subsection (1)(b)(i) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”.
