30.  In paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958(1) (definition of public records)—

(a) after paragraph (j) insert—

“(ja) records of the Upper Tribunal;”; and

(b) in paragraph (k) omit “the Lands Tribunal or of”.
