47.  The Pipe-lines Act 1962(1) is amended as follows.

1962 c.58. Section 67(5) was amended by section 1(1) of and Part 13 of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1986 (c.12). Paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 was amended by article 2 of and paragraph 4(4)(b) of the Schedule to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Corresponding Amendments) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/1519).
