56. In section 28 (interpretation of Part 2)—
(a)in subsection (1), insert in the appropriate place—
““the appropriate tribunal” means—
(a)
in relation to England and Wales, the Upper Tribunal;
(b)
in relation to Scotland, the Lands Tribunal for Scotland;”; and
(b)omit subsection (4).
