23.  In paragraph 22(4) of the Schedule to the Control of Off-Street Parking (England and Wales) Order 1978(1) (right to compensation in certain circumstances)—

(a) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”; and

(b) for “sections 2 and” substitute “section”.
