42.  In paragraph 4(6)(a) and (b) of Schedule 1 to the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (England) Regulations 1992(1) (rules for the calculation of non-domestic rating contributions) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”.
